Sapota or Chikoo is quite popular for it’s taste. The skin is edible, but is slightly tart. A ripe sapota will yield to gentle thumb pressure, similar to a ripe plum. The fruit has an exceptionally sweet malty flavor.
Sweet Cherries are imported from Chile. This Chilean sweetie is best eaten simply out of hand. Sweet cherries make better tasting jellies and jams when combined with red currant or white currant juice.
